The MajesTEC-7 clinical research study
Learn about this study for adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.

The MajesTEC-7 study is evaluating two investigational medications for adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are either unable to receive a stem cell transplant or are not receiving one as initial therapy.
If you are eligible, you may receive:
- One of the investigational medications + standard multiple myeloma medications
- Standard multiple myeloma medications only
All study medication will be given during repeating 28-day cycles.
Study doctors want to determine the safety and efficacy of two investigational medications when each is combined with standard medications for multiple myeloma.
The two investigational medication combinations will be compared with standard multiple myeloma medications alone.
The results of this study may provide more information about the combination of standard of care medications with investigational medications.
Multiple myeloma is a cancer that develops in the bone marrow. This part of the body produces blood cells to fight infections.
When cancer cells overtake the bone marrow, it can’t produce enough healthy blood cells to fight infections. Without healthy blood cells, a person can experience serious health issues.
